Grandson Ric W. Heinl studied classical music for his pre-teen and tee years. Joined the firm in 1971, started in the bow department under Grandfather George doing identifications and rehairing. Later studied repair and restoration for 12 years in the work shop before he became certified and General Manager and Vice President in 1977.
